All orders are non-refundable once activated. Exceptions may be considered only if the eSIM fails to activate or function successfully due to technical issues on our end. In such cases, you must raise a support case with your order number to support@esimo.click or contact us on X.com.
All approved refund processes take from 7 to 14 business days to be processed and for the amount to be returned to your account, depending on your bank and country's policies.
